The Hideup Stagger is a soft lure as it is written in the book: lifelike running characteristics when twitching, classic sizes on which every robber jumps immediately and a variety of mounting options such as with jig head, Texas Rig, No Sinker Rig or Scoon Rig
Thanks to the special groove shape, the Stagger transmits strong vibrations during the run and the flattened topside gives the already very strong rolling action a certain something. Fished weightless on the No Sinker Rig, the flat topside provides more blistering at the water surface than it is the case with round soft lures, that immediately attracts the attention of the predators.
Mounting options
The special Stagger Original can be fished in many different ways.
Perhaps the most classic of all rigs to achieve a faster sinking and wider casts. With the Jighead Rig, the Stagger sinks down irregularly and flanking.
You will get wide casts with the Texas Rig, as the lead runs freely on the line and bait and lead are close together in the cast. Perfect for ground-level fishing.
The assembly presented in the above hook-up manual. The No-Sinker Rig consists only of the Stagger Wide and an Offset Hook, that makes it easy to imitate a very realistic swimming movement with easy twitching.
