The name is program! The Evolution series goes into its 3rd edition.
The Fun Stick from Hearty Rise at an entry-level price!
In total, the campaign was largely left as it was with the previous models. It has been visually revised and now NET-V III has been used as the basis, which makes the rods more resistant. There are also some very interesting new models.

Net-V III Methode: Maximizes stiffness and resilience based on the lightest threefold structure!
Based on the older NET-V Carbon Fiber weaving technology, Hearty Rise has succeeded in consistently creating the unique NET-V III method. Three carbon fiber layers connected in different directions maximize the performance of the blanks. The idea of a rod without seam brings the rods to the top of the possible, in terms of properties and weight.
OPP technology: Without traditional coating and grinding procedures, this OPP technology can achieve matt surface finished rod without damage the rod surface, which allows it to keep its strength. Except for that, in addition to its unique characteristics makes it being water-repellent, also the matt surface finished rods are scratch-resistant, a slight scratch will not leave a scar on it.
SNVC method: Use hot-pressure method to decrease as much resin as possible to create a high-density carbon material with thinner and light weight features.
The present carbon material has entered into its highest level and has been close to its limit of the balance between light weight and power. However, HR still keep studying and engineering on rod materials every year, trying to make it better. Use the lowest resin and highest carbon material to create high modulus carbon material (SNVC) to produce rods with best resilience and lightness.
